Found this on the street today near a property I was viewing.... hope its not real......

Gotta love the way properties are show here.... group vewings.... so I've spent the last few all day so far driving all over the Inner west suburbs of Sydney looking at places.... with a lot of other people!!! Some of the places were absoloutly shocking (forthe money they are looking for ), one of the places plaster was hanging off the walls, there was damp every where & holes in the floor & the were looking for $490 a week !!!I did see one really nice place though but hat one was the busiest....oh well I put in an application....fingers crossed. Andrea will hopefully be here next Saturday as it will be far easier with both of us looking......

Oh yeah & it was raining very hard all morning....I got completly soaked!!!! Of course now I have finished the sun is out!!!! Typical!!!
