Perfectly Shaped
I had a visit on the Shropshire border of our district so took advantage and dropped into Weston Park at sunrise for a few minutes. The whole park had a coating of frost and temperatures (according to the car thermometer) were -3 deg C. One or two oaks and other trees were still clinging on to their leaves, though it can't be for much longer.
I just liked the symmetry of this tree in the park, and the muted tones of pre -sunrise light seemed to match the conditions.
I also visited Temple Pool, which sadly has a coating of green algae over much of it. The extra is of the trees next to the pool, the colour coming from a metasequoia behind the birch.
