Not a breath of wind

A beautiful sunny day.. if a bit cold at 4 degrees.

I woke from a disturbed night. My leg was extremely  painful again and it took quite a while to get in a comfortable position.  Freeze gel at 3 am , Ibruprofen and paracetamol  at 3:30 finally did the trick.
I phoned the drs and was offered a phone consultation this Saturday.

More pain relief and gel meant my leg wasnt quite as bad as last week and I managed a very relaxing walk alongside Cavendish dock with Fletch and M. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep.
The water was like glass  and the sun felt warm.
Blip is of the view back towards town.
Extra is almost the same view, just more to the right. I love the way the birds use the barrier as a resting place

Ms dental appointment was mid afternoon so we left Fletch to snooze and went up to Ulverston. I had a stroll into the opticians to look at frames. She had a huge range of 'petit' frames , much more than I expected so I was spoilt for choice.. I actually prefer the tortoise  pair I have so I may end up just getting them reglazed.
M s appointment went well, the tooth was capped and the bill was only £63.

We called in M& S for some food and stepped out to a glorious sunset. We drove home with it in front of us all the way. Glorious!

Back home to check the tyre pressure. All seem as they should be despite the  fact that the TPMS light was on the dashboard all way home. According to the Rav Facebook page it is most likely because it is very cold..they can be temperamental.  I'll double check at the garage tomorrow.
Always something...!
