Chicken Confit

Chicken confit, broccoli, and brown rice. Wine: Te Whare Ra Pinot Noir 2018.

A lovely dinner and an interesting wine.
I love Otago Pinot's, but I've never had one from Marlborough. My verdict is the same as my verdict on their Sauvignon Blanc's: interestingly tropical, light, not something I want to have often, but I am happy to enjoy every now and then.
