Alchemy

I started at 10 with a coaching session with J.
It was amazing although we went a lot over time.

Had just enough time to get ready for the Alchemy session with N.

It was powerful!!
I was totally drained afterwards and had to lie on the couch for a few hours.
Was late with everything else.
Have not packed yet and tomorrow we go to Berlin.

I will be fine.

This is my emergency picture ...... 

Maybe get some packing done now - maybe not though .....
