It's the crane that I can see from my living room window and I've blipped before. I was working in the office yesterday and it was dark when I got home, so I only saw this in the light this morning. Apparently two people were hurt in the collapse. I do hope neither were badly hurt, but you do feel it could have been much worse. Quite a shocking incident close to home.
