Brighten up my day

Gerry and his equally jovial (but more camera shy) partner Gem have been a delight to have around on our floor. They've done a brilliant job of giving the place a fresher look (it now looks like the 1970s rather than the 1920s). 
For in-house tradesmen I have found them to be extremely productive, jolly, accommodating and professional. This is not usually the norm from someone whose paycheque will be the same at the end of the month whether they hide in a corner smoking fags or paint an amazing amount of square metres per hour. 
Fair play to you lads, your boss is a lucky man. I'll make sure to let him know. 
Once I have located the place where he hides for his prolonged cigarette breaks.
