The Noup

There are (at least) several outcrops called The Noup around Shetland - this is one that towers over Garths Ness.  It definitely looks better with a dusting of snow!

It was a cold calm day today, and my regular (Quendale) beach walk didn't seem long enough so I added in a loop around Garths Ness. There are a couple of extra pictures too.
