A Bit of Excitement

Yesterday a leak from the mains water pipe appeared at the bottom of our drive, which also flooded the neighbou'rs drive.  He telephoned the water company. 
They arrived this morning with a large van and a digger.  They soon found the leak and repaired it.  Put a board over the hole and barriers round it.
This afternoon two more men arrived, cleared away all the rubbish and moved the barriers, ready for the tarmac to be replaced.  All in all a very quick and efficient service, so a shout out to South Staffs Water.
