"wildflower girl"

There is debate as to whether this cute little blue flower is a weed or a small blue wildflower. If anyone can confirm which it is that would be great as it's currently everywhere! It's in the park in Dundee amongst the buttercups and daisies and was also dotted within the mass of bluebells around the gate towers at Glamis Castle on Sunday!

The summery weather is really trying to poke its head through winters extended and over-welcome grasp of us. Aside from a crazy wind that reminds you of the warm winds that Kate Winslet's character in 'The Holiday' encounters, the weather has been quite nice lately - sunshine and blue skies! Perhaps we might get a summer after all...too much to ask?!

The only disadvantage is fingerprint work can't be done outside so it's not nice to have to sit and stare out at the blue skies all day. Hence the need to cross both fingers and toes that the sunshine hangs around long enough until the weekend! :)
