Hitzewelle

The season's first heatwave has reached Munich - we are experiencing a pleasant 35°C. And of course, the first people already start complaining about the unbareable temperature.

After work I really did nothing more than ride down to the Isar to place myself in the sun. The blip shows one of the most popular places along the river for sunbathing. The place has been recultivated just a few years ago. In the background you see the stacks of Heizkraftwerk Süd, a CHP plant.
