cake

So I tidied the fridge, well more specifically the salad drawers and found two very nasty looking black bananas.

I really don't know why I buy bananas since I loathe them in all their sticky stinky pappy yellowness.

Oddly I do like banana bread, so I made some. La Berry's recipe.... Sort of....heaven forbid I should take direction from anyone

I added cinnamon, toasted chopped hazelnuts and swapped some of the caster for dark muscovado sugar.

I may toast a small sliver for breakfast tomorrow.
