Avoiding festive

I'd planned to meet S for lunch on Thursday but was pleased she could switch to today when I realised that it would clash with Christmas shopping evening in town with the associated road closures.

We were unusually seated upstairs and the room was decorated with pink baubles.  The outside spaces looked fabulous too.

S came with gifts for me.  Grateful for my friends.
