EB

Enjoyed a wee lie in this morning before farm fresh scrambled eggs with mushrooms and spinach for breakfast. We took Phin on the long route round Dalkeith before a late lunch.

A few more rows on the dog blanket before turning six chipolate sausages and some slightly old peppers into a pasta bake for dinner. The bonus is that there’s enough left for my lunch tomorrow.

Caught up on blip journals this evening whilst watching the Bake Off final, very tense!
