Littoral

Last

A sole hawthorn leaf, stubbornly clinging to its twig, when all the others have fallen.  It's protected a bit on this part of the riverside.  A cold day for a walk - passing squalls, and in the afternoon, breezy north winds.  I had to go out to the Coop, but didn't extend my walk on the way home.  Should get out the winter coat.
DH not doing great - chills, fever, sweats.  They think it might be an infection and aren't too worried.  They've been pumping him full of antibiotics for weeks.  I'm also hoping it's a sign the chemo is working, fingers crossed.  And that he'll feel better soon.
