Who's the culprit?

Over the last few days five of these packages have appeared on our lawn, a few at a time. Someone/something seems to have acquired them and decided our lawn is a suitably quiet spot to tear them open and consume the contents. We assume it's a cat that has discovered where the treats are stored! But we might put our wildlife camera out to see if we can see the culprit in action.
