The no water water fountain.

At 4:30 as l popped out to the  drycleaners l passed this old fountain which now holds a variety of plants (the lavender in early summer is beautiful).  I liked the under lighting.
I am up very early today as we have workmen coming in to install shutters as the curtains we have on the enormous windows have given up the ghost.
