The Watermill at Ings

We spent quite a while wandering along the Kendal canal path hoping to see Waxwings. They are supposed to be around, but we had no luck. We ended up climbing up to Kendal Castle. My sister hadn’t realised Kendal even had a castle so she was amazed!
The dogs were tired by the time we got home and had a quiet afternoon.
Then big treat, we went out for supper at The Watermill and had a really great meal. We particularly like their brew ‘Shitzu Faced’ and Chris had three pints! Bonnie sat beautifully under the table so a lovely time was had by all.
