A slice of dessert
I had an office day that wasn't actually in the office - a planning day where we went through loads of things for next year.
The husband and boys had a slow morning, which I think they all needed.
We had home-made frozen yoghurt for dessert today. Part of the plan of trying to reduce UHP / processed foods and see if that makes a difference to behaviours (less than a week in, seems to be working well). Haven't quite mastered the ice cream or iced yoghurt, they taste good, but need to be take out of the freezer about am hour before you need them - which we're not very good at remembering to do!
