Rural Palaces

This barn/house has just gone on the market for one & a half million Pounds. It was built by the owner of the East Links Family Park without planning permission on the grounds that it looks like an agricultural  building. Inside it is supposed to be quite palatial. Grant, the owner is moving the Family Park elsewhere in the county but the rumour is that the owner of the land is going to continue to use it as a family park. The lease of the land for the family park was coming up for renewal and Grant was not prepared to foot the much increased letting fee. A rural tale of competitive farmers !
