New Lanark

It was an early start to get down to New Lanark and set-up but thankfully feeling a lot better.

Sadly the Christmas fair was really poor - only 5 stalls, no quality control and a terrible set-up. A lot of people took one look and didn't even bother coming in. Annoyingly, my stall which does look nice, was completely out of sight to anyone without them walking in and around the room. 

Thankfully I had 3 customers who came just to see me (and they spent well). The other stallholders were lovely but other than that it was absolutely dire. None of us will be returning that's for sure. I also warned a friend who'd booked a couple of days there. 

A long and thankless day. There was wine when I got home! :)
