Bunny
We are back at Helena's for one final day before heading home tomorrow. I chose this picture of Bunny because it best represents our day, a day of rest and preparation. I washed all our clothes this morning (we were down to the stems and pieces) and have just finished putting them away in our suitcases ready for our flight home tomorrow. Arvin is taking a nap and this afternoon we will spend with Helena. Then a quiet evening and a trip home tomorrow. We are both tired but happy.
It has been a very busy three weeks. We've heard fantastic music, seen our kids and my cousin, visited a few sights while here in Boston and in New York and generally had a great time. We've walked more miles than we normally do and eaten enough to make that not a great weight loss technique. Now we are looking forward to getting home. We have a week to get things in order. On the 26th our guest, violinist Bing Li arrives and soon after the Bellingham Festival of Music begins. This is its 20th anniversary and we have season tickets. So again our lives will be filled with music, this time mostly later than the feast of 17th century and earlier music we just enjoyed here in Boston. Life is good.
