Overnight Oats

Overnight oats.

Recently, I've taken to having overnight oats for breakfast: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tsp chia seeds, pinch of cinnamon (and sometimes also a touch of nutmeg), about 1/4 cup skyr, 1/2 cup milk, and a small glug of maple syrup. I mix a couple at night and eat them over the next couple mornings. It is an improvement on the overly sweet yogurts I've had recently both in terms of flavor and nutrition, but it still has the sugar/carb boost I need before the gym.
