The usual 5 hours OT from the sofa; before the boys arrived in episodes; first up Tom swept through, hoovering a couple of burgers before heading off to play golf (I feel I have failed as a parent) with his chums at Ravelston.

And after school football training, Alex rolled in to dump kit that needed laundering across the flat. 

Then the migraine kicked in, just as I was getting to grips with the clothes-mountain-becoming-tidily-stowed-in-drawers-and-cupboards....

Thankfully I'd already prepared the spicy pork and tomato stew so I came to enought to be able to dole out cous cous with the stew and half watch the Fifers do battle in round 3 of the Scottish Cup. (Roth Ravers won 3-0; every bit as comfortable as it sounds)
