Hard frost
Another hard frost and only a bit if brightness this morning made the day feel exceptionally cold.
Looking out of the front window could see the Sedum, which still have a bit if colour, were prettily frosted so took out my macro lens camera to take a few shots. This wasn’t the prettiest flower head but it did show the best frost.
The brief brightness didn’t last and it was cloudy on the way home from church. Today is the last day of the church year, known variously as Christ the King and Stir up Sunday. Next week the new church year starts with Advent.
How the year flies and Christmas is nearly here
The birdbath was frozen this morning but some little Blue Tits were taking advantage of the water left in plant saucers where Chris has put the plants away. Too much reflection for good pictures but I liked the little dishevelled chap straight out of his bath.
