The Loose Goose

Today was the usual Sunday food shop followed by a relaxing pint at The Horseshoes. We normally head straight back home afterwards but today we decided to take a small localised road trip to see if we could capture our blips for the day.
My brother managed to get his but I was struggling to see anything so we took another miniature detour through Loose village just outside Maidstone. The village itself was pretty busy and all the nearby lanes were full of parked cars as the village's pub appeared to be doing a roaring trade in Sunday lunches. So rather disconsolately blipwise on my part, as the rain began to pour down, we headed back out of the village and I'd reconciled myself to not getting an image before we got back home. Which was when I took one last look over my shoulder and saw this diverting shopfront (ideally I would have moved the van parked in front of it if I could but hey sometimes just have to go with what you can get - that's just part of being a blipper!).
The Loose Goose was actually a vintage store for homeware, decor, antiques and collectibles but sadly you can no longer "ave a ganda" as it closed in January 2020 just leaving behind this rather wonderfully eccentric signage.
