Staycation day 10

No, we haven't gone any where exotic. This is Woolacombe, our local beach.

The day started getting some useful banking stuff done, then setting off for a walk on the beach in the hope that the rain would stop by the time we got there. We added a bit of a detour and the rain stopped just as we parked up. No sun though.

This being the middle of June there should have been plenty of people on the beach. In fact, there were fewer people on the beach than when I went in January.

The beach huts should have been full but there wasn't even one unlocked. Number 22 is aptly called Patience.

Back home to glorious sunshine and tea in the hammock.
