Cabbage Trees in Flower

This morning we took Teen 'h' to work at a local hardware store at Three Parks, then I walked back into town from there.  Quite far enough on such a hot day.  +26C.  The hottest day so far this summer.  I had a cuppa and a scone before getting a ride home.  Lots of Cabbage Trees are in flower, which is lovely to see.

Tomorrow Plan A is to park at Stevensons Road and walk down the Clutha River from there.  Should be nice and shady under the Willow Trees growing along the river.  No sun in the forecast, just a cloudy day, which will be great.
