329/365. Lighthouse
This small lighthouse is at the end of the breakwater which helps to protect Brixham harbour and marina.
The breakwater is half a mile long and we walked to the end of it this morning. On the way we saw several seals swimming alongside us plus cormorants, and a great northern diver, which isn’t seen that often here. It’s known in the USA as a loon I’m told.
Fireworks from the breakwater this evening plus a lantern parade. We had fish and chips afterwards.
Extras are for pkln and Marlieske, inscriptions on the base of a statue of William of Orange on the harbour side at Brixham.
