A canal walk

A lovely canal walk this morning sunny but very cold and the ground still frosty in parts. A lovely bit of mist on this stretch, other bits were like glass and beautiful reflections. 
This afternoon met my friend M at the hospital and after she was allowed to leave we went for a lovely coffee and cake.
