A walk in the blue sky sunshine.

We headed to our village library this afternoon where our borough councillors were holding a monthly surgery. They were very pleased to see us and we had a couple of thought provoking questions about local issues that they promised to follow up!

When we came home I listened to the latest news from Gaza and Israel with a sinking heart. Everywhere I look in the village I see ‘Peace on Earth’ messages. They seem extremely empty just now.
