Rydal Boathouse

A very cold and frosty morning.  A drive into the lakes to take advantage of today's wonderful weather forecast.  First stop, White Moss for a walk around Rydal Water.  We were pretty much first in the car park.  Excellent walk and the lake was very still with marvellous reflections (extra).  From here to Rydal Hall for coffee and then back to White Moss.

From here to Brantwood for lunch and then to Kelly Hall Tarn (2nd extra).  There were already a few photographers there and I had a chat with one who had driven up from Manchester this morning for photography.

A really good day.
