Actually, the property is called Burnt House, on account of the high-fired glazed Georgian grey bricks with which it is faced - and which were reflecting the brilliant late autumn / early winter sunshine as I was passing by earlier today. And people were actively working on the chimney stack too, despite this being a Saturday afternoon - presumably to make the most of the current spell of dry weather.
