The wedding

I promised a couple , who s residing in our elderlycare facility , that i will photograph the wedding of their only son.It was a verry small wedding with only 10 guests. After the ceremony , in the city hall, we went for dinner in a good restaurant.
I told the party , that i will cover the wedding in my own way , a,d not the traditional ways. Offcourse there are a few posing photos , but most of them are like snapshots. If i would marry again i would ask a creative photographer, maybe student and let him do whatever he wants in a creative way. Most , i don t say all, of the wedding photography is boring. 
I once read an article on William Eggleston. He was asked to cover a wedding and all he did was photographing the sky and ashtrays. Well that was predictable if it comes from W Eggleston .
