Preparation

A good busy day where I ticked off 90% of what I planned. Worked a few hours ( blip is my growing pile of 'stuff' for the conference) then dashed to the supermarket 
Met my friend this afternoon who has MS and is increasingly struggling to get out. She has a wonderful motorised chair and adapted car so her husband dropped her off so we could enjoy coffee and scones. 
Home a bit more work then picked youngest up. Cooked a mushroom and leek macaroni dish for dinner. Mummy's hair salon after ( her hair takes some washing it's so long) and now to bed! Frosty outside already. Cold weekend ahead.
