Delight

A delightful walk to see my favourite beech tree, now in its winter splendour.
For many months now our walks have not been as lengthy or challenging.
Yesterday Vic had an “ mot” reguarding the defibrillator and pacemaker he has had fitted into his shoulder… and it was tweaked!!
The difference is amazing!
His heart is functioning at a much better level!
Bionic man !!..
hills were easier,we didn’t need to stop every few yards and most of the pain had gone.
It was so lovely to see him more relaxed and back to enjoying walks.. without worrying
Now to regain his stamina.
