Arrived in Whitby - courtesy of Bus Pass and Coastliner Bus - apparently the most scenic ride in the country - visits Malton - Pickering - Thornton Le Dale - over North Yorkshire Moors to Hole Of Horcum and Goathland - aka Aidensfield in tv drama Heartbeat - just in time to see high tide crashing over the harbour area - and other sights seen in extra - prior to checking into posh for me hotel
