Waiting for a zapping!

You always pray you’ll have time to warm up before having to change into a hospital gown. It’s a double gown day for me today (these are not my legs).

In other news the Geordie lad from BT (whose name was Daniel) DID arrange for an Outreach engineer to come back this morning. Four good things: he arrived at 8am, knew what he was doing, wasn’t a numpty and solved the problem. Yey! all round.
