Pollok Park robin

There are days when the drive to get blip is about the only thing that gets me out of the flat, today was one such day.

I did make the effort to go to yoga which I enjoyed a lot, the studio was unusually warm so Alison took advantage of this and we spent most of the time on the floor.

I would happily have settled for a reading afternoon, however despite being cold it was sunny and I pushed myself into the park and felt a lot better for it. One of the Rangers was sitting beside the river waiting for the heron to fly off against the setting sun. I do not have her patience and made do with the birds beside the ornamental pond. She made the interesting observation that during the day always move upstream.
