Chopped up

The binmen emptied two bags on Monday but left all the branches behind. It has been the job of this week to cut all of the branches into lengths that can fit into the green bags, quite a task. I took one of the bags down to the dump in the morning as I’m not sure they will empty three bags into their lorry on Monday. In the morning I also made a coconut flan for guests tomorrow. I just need to make a caramel topping tomorrow morning. This afternoon we had a good tennis session. There were six of us and so we were able to play both singles and doubles. Tonight we will be conducting Zoom interviews for candidates interested in four chaplaincies in France, including ours. it is going to be a long evening and late to bed as it is anticipated that it will take four hours!
