Enjoying the sun

However, this Castor Oil plant will not survive the winter and the first frost will kill it so it was consigned to the compost today. I shall miss the six plants I had but I have saved the seed and hopefully will enjoy their beauty again next year. It was quite difficult to dig them up as they put on a lot of growth in the year (see extra) but after a struggle I got them out. A beautiful sunny day and it looks as if we will have our first frost tonight.
