Cotton wool clouds … and HELP

I had to upload this from a very clunky Blipfoto app, I think it is Safari that wouldn’t upload my photo. My iPad was updated last night so I am sure it was something to do with that! Please can anyone help me to get back to normal service? 

P.S. now it is working, don’t know what I did, phew …
