producer of ham and cheese

On Wednesday our fridge said we have to go to the town to buy some food. So we went to Greve and did some grocery shopping and almost by mistake we found a very interesting "Macelleria" - a butcher who produces lots and lots and lots of ham and cheese. you could walk through his shop and see hundreds of prosciutto hanging down from the ceiling.... then we walked into the cellar and found hundreds of little and bigger aged cheeses - very interesting.
No question I bought a big aged cheese for myself (Achim doesnt like cheese) to take it home with me - a "formaccio Pecorino "which tasts FAAANTAAASTIC!!!!!
