Grey

Wet and cold, everywhere today. left Christchurch in the dark, boarded a plane to Queenstown, only to be told we might be heading to Invercargill as the weather was lousy.

Fortunately we made it to Queenstown, then drove to grey Wanaka, and sat (in a meeting) looking at the view for the entire afternoon. Actually, that was OK as clearly it was snowing up high. And that's what we want.

Hoping however that the weather clears a little tomorrow so we can get back to Christchurch, as on Wed/Thur/Fri it looks like a big storm might be coming. As much as I love Wanaka, I'd rather not get stuck here right now ...
