Nero's villa

I took this while sailing up the coast from Anzio. The shot shows the remains of Nero's villa. Emperor Nerone was the guy who reputedly fiddled while Rome burned. There are quite a few roman ruins along the coast in this area and you can still find bits of roman pottery washed up on the beaches.
