I had an injection in my knee today and hopefully it will help to stop my knee from locking. I won't be jumping, diving or skating any time soon but I'll be back to my brisk walking in a couple of days. Finger's crossed!
This poster was in the hallway at the doctor's office. Another specialist in the city, and I hope that's the last trip we have to make for quite a while.
