Watermelon Sugar High

Work is hard right now. 

I'm face down in THE spreadsheet from am til gone six. 

Its killing my brain. 

Escape is the cake. 

Tonight, Lemon Meringue Cake. 

Little Muffins, stuffed with Lemon Curd, topped with Meringue 

The Lemon Curd and the Cake was Simple. 

The meringue was exhausting (I opted for hand whisk)

Then I cooked them with the pipe blower thing. 

That was highly entertaining.  These are the big ones with silicon cake dresses.   I made several with paper cake dresses.   

They all caught fire. 

That was even more entertaining
