I took this from the garden behind my flat, standing beside my bicycle before riding to work. I'm so lucky. 
It's so important to focus on where I am, what I have and what I do and to try to let go of where I was, what I had and what I did.
Moving forwards and making the best of it is a whole lot easier when daybreak performs this miracle.
