Bad Birthdays, Aylesford

Me and my brother share a birthday (way back in August) but when I found this cup of expunged candy coloured candles it took me right back there. We have, over a fair few birthdays, had some pretty bad ones. Sometimes so bad that we can, with hindsight, have a bit of a belly laugh about their awfulness. What we really often want to do is spend it together with each other, preferably by the coast somewhere in good weather, with a cold pint of beer or two and in total relaxation. It never works out that way so we make up for it with our micro trips during the rest of the year. My God, those trips are the best and I look forward to and enjoy every single one of them to the upmost, we both do.
