Dear Deer,

A good time in the gym, as usual.    I got chatting to a lady who I have seen many times, but I have never spoken to her  before. She is going to the Circuits class that Des is doing, so that broke the ice. She is such a funny lady, and she saw me on the bike with Vic & Des chatting to me, and she came over and said, I am going to get on the bike next to you, because you are a man magnet and I want  some of that. I said, I wish! Her name is Sita  and when I told her my name she said, we have a consultant  in the hospital with the same name as you, but she is hard faced, unlike you. I asked her what department she works, and she said, the   psychiatric  department. I will definitely be chatting to her again. Walked into town, did some shopping, and caught the bus home. J arrived not long after so we had lunch together.
